Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announced preliminary terminal passenger traffic figures for the month of December 2017, compared to traffic figures for December 2016.
GAP announced today that it successfully completed the issuance of 23 million long-term bond certificates in Mexico (Certificados Bursátiles) for a total value of Ps. 2.3 billion.
GAPannounced that today the Company made the payment of the second and final portion of the dividend for Ps. 2.86 per outstanding share
GAP reported its consolidated results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2017.
GAP announced that on November 7, 2017, the Company will make the payment of the second portion of the dividend as approved at the annual General Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 25, 2017.
