GAP announces that on December 14th, 2023, the Company will complete the fourth and final portion of the dividend payment equivalent to Ps. 3.71 (THREE PESOS 71/100 M.N.) per each outstanding share, approved at the Annual General Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 13th, 2023.
