At GAP, we are conscious of the Company’s commitment to the Environment, and demonstrate this commitment via the maintenance of Environmental Fulfillment Certifications granted by PROFEPA, while in accordance with ISO 14001 norms through the implantation of an Environmental Management System.

Aguascalientes

This airport’s certification will take effect February 9, 2012. Following the procedures established by Environmental Audit rules, the Airport will inform the State’s Delegation 4 months prior to concluding the validity of the certificate, its intention to initiate legal work.
Guadalajara

The airport remains without a certificate. The airport is about to conduct a new audit, as it has encountered various modifications that should be considered.
La Paz

The certification took effect October 12, 2009. Following the procedures established by Environmental Audit rules, the Airport advised the State’s Delegation of its intention to initiate legal work. Currently, the Airport is in the process of initiating Environmental Diagnostics to obtain re-certification.
Manzanillo

The certificate for this airport took effect April 10, 2009. The airport informed the State’s Delegation of its intention to legalize the certificate, complying with the procedures established by Environmental Audit rules. The Airport provided documentation to the State’s Delegation and has already authorized the re-certification. The Airport is awaiting the delivery of the certificate.
Morelia

The certificate for this airport took effect August 20, 2009. The Airport informed the PROFEPA Delegation of its intention to legalize the certificate, complying with the procedures established by Environmental Audit rules. The Environmental Audit and Diagnostics already took place and the Airport provided documentation to PROFEPA and is in the process of correct the detected anomalies. Once these are accepted by PROFEPA, the certificate will be legalized.

Bajio

This airport’s certificate took effect June 5, 2009. The airport informed the State’s Delegation of its intention to legalize the certificate, following the procedures established by Environmental Audit rules. Diagnostic work, as well as an Environmental Audit were undertaken. The Airport continues to wait for a response from PROFEPA.
Hermosillo

The certificate was legalized April 14, 2008 and took effect January 21, 2010. The Airport is in the process of its Environmental Audit in order to obtain the countersignature of the certification.
Los Mochis

The certificate for this airport took effect June 2, 2011. Following the procedures established by Environmental Audit rules, the Airport will inform the state’s Delegation, 4 months prior to concluding the validity of the certificate, its intention to initiate legal work.
Mexicali

The certificate for this airport took effect October 12, 2009. The Airport informed PROFEPA’s Delegation of its intention to legalize the certificate, complying with the procedures established by Environmental Audit rules. The Environmental Audit and Diagnostics took place and the Airport has already obtained the countersignature. On August 7, 2010, the State’s Delegation will send documentation to the central offices. The Airport is only waiting to sign the endorsement of certificate.
Puerto Vallarta

The airport informed the State’s PROFEPA DELEGATION of its intention to legalize the certificate four months prior, complying with that established by Environmental Audit rules. The Airport delivered the documentation obtained and once the detected anomalies are attended to, the Delegation will authorize the countersignature.
Tijuana
